one thing: when we made these samosas is when finn really learned to say YAY!!--this he learned from aleta, who would say that everytime at the end of one complete samosa. except finn would say YIIY!! (rhymes with eye);;; and now he says it all the time YIIIIYYY!!

hi -- did you use a recipe for the sangria? my dad has discovered a love for it and i'd like to make it for him. thanks, m
ReplyDeleteYUM!
ReplyDeletehey! this sangria was sort of improvised--but "the art of simple food" has a recipe for red wine and strawberries and aleta found one on the internet for rose wine and strawberries, so it was pretty simple: i just cut up strawberries, used one bottle of rose wine, squeezed in the juice of half a lemon and dropped that half also in the wine and there we had it! but i think the recipe aleta found also called for ginger ale, which would have been good in it, but we did not have it.
